1). Confirm the mediation of Bishop Anastassy awarding Fr. Igor Slitsin the Gold Cross

2). Confirm the mediation of His Grace Vladimir awarding Fr. Vladimir Tsukanov the Gold Cross

3). Confirm the mediation of Bishop Martine awarding Fr. George Peskeshev the Gold Cross

 

1). Confirm the mediation of His grace Philaret of Australia to elevate Fr. George Peskeshev to Archpriest

2). Confirm the mediation of His Grace Alexei to elevate to Abbess, nun Martha (Averin), the rector of the St. John of Kronstadt Convent

3.) Confirm the mediation of Bp. Martine to elevate to the rank of Abbott, Hieromonk Damascene, the spiritual father of the Dormition Convent in Rostov.

 

1). Confirm the action of the spiritual tribunal of the Western American diocese in regarding defrocking  of Fr. Eugene Santalov, for breaching canon rule.

2). Confirm the action of the spiritual tribunal of the Western American diocese in regarding defrocking  of Fr. Paisius Malihin, for breaching canon rule, and further removing his monastic tonsure.
